Self contained

The tenant is obligated to pay rent as agreed, take responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their household, and meet the costs of essential services such as water, electricity, waste management, and security. All rent and related payments shall be made exclusively through the system to ensure transparency, proper record-keeping, and accountability. The tenant is also required to maintain good conduct, comply with community standards, and return the property in its original condition at the end of the contract. In return, the tenant is entitled to peaceful and uninterrupted use of the premises, provided all contractual terms are fulfilled
